This unit aims to build your basic understanding of knowledge management systems (KMS) development through a range of techniques and technologies for utilising personal and organisational knowledge for the purpose of addressing organisational effectiveness and efficiency

Topics covered look at the broad range of issues related to initiating and implementing knowledge management initiative.
